First check your spam box if the confirmation email isn't there. Second, sometimes Paypal is a bit slow. It's also possible you entered wrong email address - in that case you should contact us.

Is there boxed-version of the Spacework?
There is no boxed-version of the game. We find it completely unnecessary to write it on a piece of plastic and then to deliver it, when it only takes a few minutes to download it.

If I want to (re)install the game for example after 5 years, will the online activation work?
Yes of course! If we will shut down the server because of some reason, every customer will get the Serial-ID-free version of the game.
